International Orders

At Hyodo, we take pride in the quality and care of our products.
We are an independent design brand based in Malaysia, with a mission to create sustainable products through rational design.
To better serve customers worldwide, our inventory and fulfillment are handled by our international logistics partner.

As such, we are currently unable to support general returns for international orders.

However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right — whether through a replacement, partial refund, or another appropriate solution.

All orders are carefully inspected before shipping, and we encourage customers to review product descriptions and specifications thoroughly before purchasing.

Important Notes

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or incompatibility with third-party accessories.
We do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, please contact us and we’ll advise the best solution.
Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
If you refuse delivery or the package is returned due to unpaid customs or failed delivery, we are unable to refund shipping or product costs.
All processing fees are non-refundable.
When a customer requests to cancel an order, please note that the Stripe or PayPal processing fees (usually around 3–4% of the total amount) are charged by the payment gateway and will not be refunded. The refunded amount will exclude this fee.

MagBase™ is a modular magnetic wallet system designed around the same magnetic principles as Apple’s MagSafe.
At its core is the MagBase™ Base Unit, a precision-engineered magnetic foundation built with 29 mobile-grade N52 magnets arranged in a closed magnetic circuit.

What is MagSafe?
MagSafe refers to Apple’s built-in magnetic structure found in iPhone 12 and newer models.
It allows the phone to connect to compatible magnetic accessories such as MagBase™.

MagBase™ works with all MagSafe/Pixelsnap-compatible devices or case (with a flat area of 96×64 mm or larger can fit MagBase™.). For non-MagSafe phones or older models (like iPhone 11 and earlier, or another Android device), please use Metal Adapter Ring to ensure universal compatibility.

No worries — your cards are safe.

When you use the Metal Adapter Ring with your FlexiStand, the ring acts as a magnetic guide layer.
This means the magnetic force from your MagSafe car mount is focused between the magnet and the metal ring, instead of passing through your cards.

In simple terms — the ring absorbs and redirects the magnetic field, keeping your cards protected while maintaining a strong, stable hold on the mount.

Even with strong N52 magnets, the magnetic strength that actually reaches your cards is far below the level needed to erase magnetic data, so you can confidently use it every day.

Magnetic Safety Explained :
Most modern cards (credit, debit, access cards) use high-coercivity magnetic stripes (HiCo) — rated around 4000 Oersted (Oe) or higher.
This means they can only be erased or affected by extremely strong, direct magnetic exposure — well above normal consumer conditions.

In comparison, even a powerful N52 MagSafe car mount magnet typically produces a surface field of around 2000–3500 Gauss (≈160–280 Oe).
When paired with MagBase™ and the Metal Adapter Ring, the magnetic field is redirected and shielded, reducing the effective exposure at the card area to below 50 Oe — far under the level that could cause data loss.

So even during long-term daily use, your cards remain completely safe.

Tip:
- For the best setup, insert the Metal Adapter Ring into the small front pocket of your FlexiStand before mounting.

- If your mount’s magnetic pull feels too strong, flip the ring (with the 3M cover still on) to slightly reduce the force for smoother detachment.

- When removing from the car mount, slide the FlexiStand sideways instead of pulling straight off — this makes detaching easier and helps protect both the mount and your wallet.

Each features a full-coverage magnetic surface and edge-to-edge alignment that locks the Plate securely in place.
At the same time, it’s designed for convenience, allowing you to swap Plates easily through the rear eject slot.
