We aim to make every delivery clear and easy to track.
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Express shipping
Express shipping may be available for selected destinations. Where offered, the estimated arrival date will be displayed beside the shipping method at checkout.
How we ship
We work with a trusted multi-carrier delivery network. The most suitable tracked service is selected based on your destination, parcel type and available shipping route. A local delivery partner may complete the final part of your delivery.
Customs and possible delays
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather, remote addresses and carrier disruptions may occasionally add time.
International orders may incur import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Pre-orders
Pre-order products have a separate estimated dispatch date on their product page. Their regional delivery estimate begins only after dispatch.
